Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, preference changes, or incorrect sizes ordered by the customer. Please review sizing charts before purchasing.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Where are your products made?
Our products are custom-made specifically for each order and fulfilled through trusted production partners. This allows us to reduce waste and deliver high-quality products directly to our customers.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Since products are made to order, we cannot guarantee size exchanges. Please review the sizing chart carefully before ordering.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information. You can use the tracking link provided to monitor your shipment’s progress.
